munich feis was quite a craic. I went there totally unprepared. with all the exams I didnt ve any time left to practise, except the weekly class with AM. so I said I d go there just 4 the fun about it - which perhaps was the reason y it was such a great day. n strangely, for me personally, it feels like being the best feis so far!!! the results were quite good as well (4 the fact that I didnt practise at all): 4th beg and pri slip jig and 2nd pri hornpipe.
what ll ur next feis be??? am I ever going to meet u at some feis?! ;)
let me know when u ve ur results!!! tho Im sure u ll be all fine!!! xxxxx

Thanks for the comment about the dress :) Anyway, I love the female dresses, but as you mentioned the prices are bad...But,the male dancewear doesn't have to be simple or boring, I have seen may pictures of male dancers wearing beautifull shirts, vests or even kilts. So you can use you phantasy there too ;-)
Nope im not self taught at all... Ive been with my studio that long.
Irish dancings been going on here for years ...its really weird though cause S.A is prob the last place on earth you'd expect to find I.D.
Ja it's just because most people dont knw much bout S.africa but i promise its nothing like the rest of Africa...Im too scared to go there myself ...Lol
Anyway I will be watching the DVD really closely and I'll let you know as soon as I find you;)

When people think South Africa they always think we like live in the bush and wild and that we live with lions but not really...S>A is alot like Australia....so Irish dance here isnt like anything out of the ordinary... lots of people do it! Its really cool...Our feis'es are also really big and we have lots of people going to the worlds :)
