About me: I'm danish..does'nt that say it all?:-) I love to travel, meet new people, love competitons.. Firends and family is very important to me, and music plays a big part of my life. I Am a work-aholic, and need people to tell me to chill every now and then!

What Irish things do I play, dance, say, sing or other:: Nothing specifically irish, but have tried a few tunes on the cello.. it still sounds like classical music though!

How many years have you been playing/singing?: My mum tried to make me play the violin whe I was 3, but it did'nt work. Did'nt like it and couldnt concebtrate.But I was always found of the big instruments, so when I was 8 they tried with cello. Did'nt get serious about it before I was 15 though.

Favorite Music: everything from hard rock to barock, as long as the musicians are prof. and original, I would listen to it...

How many years have you been Irish dancing?: allround dancing:10 years,irish: 4-5 years

I love this about Irish Dancing:: It is an exuse to make noise with your feed without someone telling you to be quiet!

I love this about Irish Tradition:: Irish people take things as they come, be it good or bad, they will get the best out of the situaton and drink a guiness

How you're doing?
I'm really looking forward to meeting you again.
I'm keeping my self busy with dancing... but there's not too much practising in it :) Most of my work is organising events and workshops. Not long ago we had some show dance workshop with Shane and Open Stage Festival. It was superb! I cant remember myself so happy and pleased with myself for a long time. I believe this is what I would like to do in my life. I find some PR Agency I'm working with now so things are getting easier and are done more professionally now. Our upcoming big project is a ten-day long summer school of Irish dancing, held in Poland (July 2009), but in a different form than ever before in Europe!
We are currently looking for the name for it. I would be more than grateful if you could have a look at my Journal http://www.diddlyi.com/profiles/blog/list?user=dorotaczajkowska and share some of your idea with me :D
