Last Saturday, we had a five-hour workshop with Sarah, very intense, and my legs felt so painful for the following two days! I think I'm going to take it easy this week as it was particularly painful where I had previously injured myself and I don't want it to happen again. I can't wait for Salzburg, I'm so looking forward to competing again!!!

I have official permission from my doctor to dance again, yippee!!! Of course, I must go slowly at first, warm up and stretch properly, take some arnica and put on some cream on my leg before and after I dance but it's all worth it.

I tried dancing again yesterday and so far so good since it doesn't hurt this morning! Now I can't wait to be back in shape and go to a feis again.

I hope 2008 will be injury-free...

On the torn muscle/thrombosis front, I still have two more weeks to go without dancing then I'll have to go easy for a few more weeks, that is if I can keep on being reasonable all that time!

As forecast, it was very frustrating watching everybody dance and not be able to compete but I still had a good time filming and helping out everybody from my school, especially people with not much experience of feisianna.

I saw some great dancers and was again happy to see the team spirit of our school. Everybody is so supportive of everybody else, from the youngest child to the oldest adult, from the beginners to the more experienced dancers and not forgetting the mom…

I saw the sports doctor yesterday and she said no dancing for 4 to 6 weeks. And that's just dancing!!! Who knows when I'll be able to compete again??? I'm so bummed and disappointed not to be able to dance in Munich, I was so looking forward to it! So instead of dancing, I'll have an ultrasound check of my leg and physiotheray, yea! :( It's going to be soooooooooooooo frustrating!!! Argh!!!
