- I started Irish dance about 3 years ago...2 with a teacher. I'm now at a university with not an Irish dance school in site and nowhere to practice, so I'm feeling pretty upset about it. On the plus side, I have since taken up fencing, which is a blast! I also take ballet, and this is my second year en pointe. I used to take tap, jazz, and baton as well, and I'd like so someday add more dance forms to my list!
- What Irish things do I play, dance, say, sing or other:
- On a recent trip to Ireland I tried Gaelic footbal, hurling, and playing the bodhran, which were all extremely enthralling!
- Favorite Music
- I love everything except country and screamo. My favorites are big band and alternative. I also love opera and classical.

- Formerly with NCDC

- How many years have you been Irish dancing?
- This is my third year.
- Favourite Irish dance Show
- Riverdance, though I saw Rhythm of the Dance and it was quite good.
- I love this about Irish Dancing:
- The fact that it immerses me in a culture that I'd not used to (Not a drop of Irish blood here!)
- I love this about Irish Tradition:
- They recognize the importance of history.

Well. My dad is scottish and so we had like a english festival near our house in Munich when i was little. And he met my first dancing teacher there and thought (when he saw them dancing at the gig) that i would maybe fancy doing it. And i did. ;D so i still do it now. Though in a different school.
