I am having to go through Physical Therapy for a painful version of snapping hip syndrome. I guess my muscle are too tight and can not move smoothly ove the bones like they are supposed to. Hopefully it goes away quickly because I hate not being able to dance. How are you doing lately? How are the kiddos?
