- About me
- I am 15, I have done Irish Step Dance, I collect any thing Irish :) I volunteer/hang out at the Dublin Irish Festival in Dublin, Ohio. I have been invited to visit some distant family in Ireland. And they live about an hour outside of dublin on a 20 acre farm with 2 horses. I m hoping to visit them by next summer. Hopefully i can :)
- What Irish things do I play, dance, say, sing or other:
- I dance,and a little of the flute, and i play the piano.....i learned the Irish wedding song, not a super hard version but it was so much fun :)

- What a great story! You're so fortunate to have that connection and actually have people IN Ireland to visit today.
Ok, I'm going to have to check out Celtic Thunder now ... I'll let you know what I think.
And thanks for following us on facebook. We're just trying to put the info we have here in as many places as possible so people can follow in whatever way the like!
So, you looking forward to thanksgiving? I know you have a massive family, so I'm sure it's quite an event for you guys. Paul is going to experience his first American thanksgiving this year and he's really excited. He loves to eat! :)

- Hey, Rebecca. I'm glad you had such a terrific and memorable time in Ireland. Do you have family in Kildare or how did you end up going there? I think it's amazing to hear about how connected people are to Ireland. I even sometimes am surprised how much I am. Anyway, thanks for the kind comments about the Ireland facts. Paul and I are work really hard to build Diddlyi stuff. Slowly but surely since we're only two people working on it! By the way, we're in Cleveland with my family right now. It's great to be back in America but of course I miss Ireland!! :)

- Hi Rebecca, Good to hear from ya. No, I won't be celebrating in Germany ... although maybe I'll have a bbq for myself! :) It's always weird not to be able to celebrate American holidays, especially since they were a big part of my life for like 20+ years! You doing anything? I'm sure with your family so big, there's bound to be something going on! I'm not sure about the chat option. Paul is more of the tech guy, so I will ask him and get back to you. Also, my pictures were taken at Powerscourt Gardens and House in Co. Wicklow, Ireland. Basically, it's this big estate with all of these massive gardens with different themes. It's a really beautiful spot!
