About me

Ok so i AM Irish if anyone didnt know that and I started Irish Dancing after i figured out i was irish and i did a project on Ireland for school. Part of my project were some unique things about the counrty and I found Irish Dancing and I thought it was the coolest thing ever! So my mom found a nearby school and I went for 2 years and then did jazz for 2 years and now i started irish back up again last Febuary.

Now about me, I have really cool blue eyes(as what people tell me!), I unicycle for my old Elementary school, i love Lady Gaga and Paris Hilton(two people that not very many people like too much, but there awesome and way sucessful!), I just downloaded 6 more Irish songs from ITunes to add to my small collection, I have won 2 trophies and about 10 medals from 2 feis so far, My goal is to have a bunch of friends on Diddly (so when I go to feis and oirechtas I wont be lonely!), I love romance/girly books but Twilight is not on my top, I have two adorable dogs, Lucy and Baxter, A Chocolate Lab and a Beagle.
I actually LOVE the pain of wigs because it makes me dance harder, and I am like an excersise freak. I work hard to get those calfs muscles i need and i am attempting to get some biceps but so far i got the muscle, its just not showing.
I FINALLY Learned a new reel step and treble jig step! But i forgot my treble jig!!!! Oh here is something you might not know about me. My initials spell JOG!

Its difficult to tap dance because you are so used to the flowing movements or hard shoe and when you try tap it feels wrong. That happened to me :(

me too. I dance to compete not to perform...well sorta perform but mostly compete! haha. Luckily are dance school is aloud to do 1 feis so i am doing a feis on MAy 1st Novice Level :(

1. What are the best brand and style for hard shoes if you want to go on point?
2. What brand and style are the best for really flexible soft shoes?

Calling all Irish Dancers

Hey Everybody!
I thought of a great idea for all of us diddlyiers to connect and help eachother with our dancing
Everyone that is an Irish Dancers that has a video camera you should tape yourself dancing so that others can critique. I know many people have already done it, including myself but we havnt seen many videos that people want critqued lately! So everyone if you can make a video!

My Feet!

well heres the problem.
I can still dance and stuff but in soccer and just regualr walking i have been having troubles because it hurts my feets. I finally told my coach after a month and she looked at my feet and said it was a bone spur (spurt, spur i dont know) and i am going to the doctors on monday. Does anyone know what this is?
