Hometown: Odessa UA

About me: I'm 22. I've started dancing 4 years ago. In general it was my first dance experience. I saw my friend dancing Treble reel and I realized that I want to do the same! :) It was a hard work, but I hope I've made a good progress in Irish Dances. Of course I've watched famous shows Rioverdance, LOTD and was IMPRESSED. So I looked for a place where I can learn how to dance. I fond Shamrock School of Irish Dances, there my teacher was Yuriy Artemiev (he is also registered on Diddlyi). After a year we get married, so now we seem to be a "dancing family".
In our School people are learning to dance traditional style and performance style.
Our School is known in many cities of our country, so I think that our School has a good progress in Irish Dancing :)
I realized that I've wrote a lot of words about my school, I think it's because I proud of it!
Why I'm here?
It would be pleasure for me to communicate with everyone who likes Irish dances!

Просто я там смотрела в правилах, но почему-то за платья ничего не видела.Может так смотрела... я не из самых внимательных (брат говорит, что родилась я блондинкой...;-)))
Ну это конечно очень облегчает дело - а то я начала искать мастеров, чтоб сшить платье, но это долго и дорого.

Молодец!Серебро, да за требл-джиг - это уже очень хорошо!!!!!Я здавала требл-джиг на экзамене (3 grade) и получила за него "В" (very good).Не дотянула до "excellent"...
Ни в коем случае не расстраиваися- это уже чудесное начало!!!!!!
Огромное спасибо за инфо про феши!Теперь уж точно постараюсь поехать поучаствовать.Тем более если это в Германии, из Франции хоть визу не надо.;-)

Во Франции ирл.танцы становятся все более популярными, но фешев тут пока нет.
Тут около 5 школ, из которых только 2 с профессиональными учителями: моя с Joanne Doyle из Riverdance и парижская с Sarah Clark из Lord of the Dance. Но Joanne к сожаления не участвует в соревнованиях.
Тем не менее мы сдаем экзамены федерации (я уже сдала 4 из 12) и нам организуют workshops с учителями из Riverdance.Мне очень нравится!
Сейчас правда у нас каникулы, дома танцую и разучиваю те танцы, которые на последнем workshop выучили.Сложные, но очень красивые!

Я тоже одесситка, но пока учусь во Франции и начала заниматься ирландским танцем только в прошлом году.
