  1. My hips always start popping painfully when I do this exercise. Is there something I can do to prevent that?

  2. Hi, Maggie. My apologies for the delayed response. We’re thinking that there is probably a trapped nerve or perhaps a pulled muscle interfering here. It might be a good idea to go to a physiotherapist and check it out. As with everything, if you start to feel pain then don’t push any further, because it’s extremely important to always listen to your body. Hope this helps.
