Diddlyi Irish Dance and Music

Im going Friday Morning til Monday Morning What Can i do while im there. I shall be at the Dancing Venue for most of the day to watch the dancers, but ive never been to Germany And I Havent Reserched in what to do.

Advice Would Be Nice.

Where to Eat?
What to Eat?
Where to Visit?
What Shops?

Definitely try Bavarian food. It's delicious and can be found pretty much at every turn in the city. Here's a good break down of what's what. My favourite is schweinsbraten - it's delicious if you eat pork.

There are plenty of people on here who know Munich better than I do, so hopefully they'll chime in like today! :)

By the way, Marienplatz is the largest public square in Munich. Get there and you'll find plenty of shops and things to see around the area.

Regrettably, most shops in central munich close on Sunday. If you want to enjoy shopping, Friday is better.
