Well im sure you have seen the site with all the different ways to tell if you're an Irish Dancer..But thought lets make our own here on Diddlyi... so lets see how many diffrent things we can come up with! :) :)

You know youre an irish dancer when . . .

You wince in pain at the sight of turned in feet

You suddenly have trouble counting past eight

Leaps arent just for steps, they're a form of of transportation!

You user name has the words treble, reel or irish in it

You have used feis medals as Christmas tree decorations

You can do a reel to every song on the radio

You still hear accordian music days after a feis

You see a carfull of girls in curlers, put your feis decorations away and just follow that car!

You save months for your custom made solo dress and buy your prom dress of the discount rack

Half your wardrobe consists of feis t shirts (sooo true 4 me :P)

You dont have to paint your toe nails for them to be black

Running around a hotel at midnight in large wigs and tiaras seems completely normal

You have to dance in every pair of shoes before buying them

Using body adhesive to glue socks to your legs doesnt seem wierd at all; ▶ Reply to This

Also I would agree with the prom dress thing but im not in high school yet. I love the leaps are a form of transportation. I totally agree. And also lastly i ALWAYS dance in my shoes before buying them exept for only one wich i needed for just wearing and i couldnt dance in them :(; ▶ Reply to This
