Absolutely Fays. They look nice and they're good for a foot that's not too wide (it's awful to have one, there are no other brands that fit me, and it's the same when it comes to buying pumps, as only Boyne Walks fit me...).
But what I find best in them is the sound. The tips are really loud and the heels are hard, and it's easier for me to make clicks in Fays than in any other shoes.
By the way - I never owed a pair of those, but I really wish I did.

i've tried so many different brands x) first i had inisfree. they're good for beginners because the tips are very slim but they've got a very hard sole and aren't very loud. then i had antonio pacelli gold jigs but the sound vanished after a time. then i had hullachan pro and i just loved them, the sound is GREAT and they're very comfortable. but then one day one tip fell off... so while my shoes were at the shoemaker's i had fays :D:D but you hear the difference right away... i think they're very silent opposite the hullachans and the heels were a bit loose i think.
now i've got my hullachans back! :):):) love them <3<3<3

I love my Fays...never had a shoe that was so easy to break in yet they are still going strong after about 3 years. The sound is fine, the heels are where they are supposed to be and they don't give me blisters ever. Except when I decided in my usual madness to break them in at one of Shane's summer camps. Not good at all, but would the man listen to me, begging him to let me take them off? Sniff. No, course not. I believe he said "Yaaay, I made a dancer bleed, today's goal is achieved!" or something...
I've known people to keep their old Fays even when there are holes in them and the soles are falling off.
Fays made me enjoy Heavy dances. Before them I just used my shoes to batter my head in frustration.
I had Halmors...Antonio Pacellis...and something else but I cannot remember now.
Anyhow, I love Fays. I got the grey sole ones. I've heard from other people that the black ones wear through quickly though.

I love my Rutherford's. They are so comfortable (no blisters!!!).
Before my Rutherford's I've had Fay's but they didn't fit properly, they were too narrow.

Fays are also the ones I prefer! The sound is good, they are easy to break in...toe stands are quite comfortable in them and clicks are way easier to get ;). Liked the corrs too, but I´ll stick to fays for my next pair.

i have antonio pacellis super-felxi at the moment but i really want a pair of fays.. But i think my mother is just going to order some more tips and heels for my flexis and then get them attached

I love my Pacelli Golds. To bad they are out of production. I broke them in in 5 days (still got ugly toenails from it....) and I loev them to pieces! I love their sound, they're equiped with the Pacelli concorde tips and heels and I always was loud in hard shoes, with them I can sound like gunfire.

I love my Fays. I always had them from Fays. When I started to dance in a hobby group we did not know any other addresses of shoemakers. They are comfortible and easy to break in ( grey sole).

I, too, have Fays, but the tip is pathetically thick on the toes. I will be in agony after running through my dances, due to metatarsal pain. But they look great on my feet, and I love the glove feel of it. Any ideas?

I stil have my first hard shoes - Pacelli Ultra Flexi, they're good for narrow foot(mine is veery narrow so shoes can be a problem). They still have pretty good sound though!During last 2 years I had a pair of Rutherfords(bought a brand new pair over E-bay) - they turned out to be too wide and there was a "step" between sole and tip so I sold them. Also tried Corrs with split sole, but they are not that comfortable and I didn't really like the sound. My ID group bought Inishfree Flex 55,they cost 65 euros and are pretty good if you change tips.
